TERMS & CONDITIONS
NO CONTRACT
There is no contract between the student and the instructor regarding driving lessons, they can both stop giving lessons or taking lessons at anytime they want.
Lessons must be on a regular basis with no gaps of more than two weeks otherwise your place will be replaced by another student.
TUITION IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA
Student can start taking practical car driving lessons at the age of 17 or 16 if claiming PIP or any kind of disability.
Student should have a valid UK provisional license, and must present it to the driving instructor prior to the start of their initial lesson. Should the student fail to show the provisional licence, the instructor has every right to refuse to provide you with tuition.
Pupils must inform their instructor immediately if they receive any endorsements on their licence during the period they are receiving tuition.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Lessons must be on a regular basis with no gaps of more than two weeks and 48 hours notice to move or cancel a lesson as instructors’ earnings are greatly affected. If the student does not notify within that period, full lesson charges will be applied.
The instructor has the right to cancel a lesson at short notice, if the weather is not good, or for any other reason, and reschedule lesson at a different date and time.
PAYMENTS AND BLOCK BOOKING LESSONS
All payments to be done via online banking
if any reason, weekly block booking lessons are cancelled, the lessons hours which have already been used will be charged at standard rate of £35 per hour.
DRIVING TEST NOTIFICATIONS
Practical driving test should be booked in accordance with the driving instructor’s knowledge.
In any case, if the driving test is booked and if the student is not ready for the test, the instructor has every right NOT take the student on the driving test. If the student still wants to go for the test, they will have to make their own arrangements.
Driving Tests can be cancelled working 10 days prior to test date and full refund will be made by DVSA.
The instructor cannot be held responsible for any mechanical or electrical problem on the car which would lead to a cancellation of a lesson or test.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR
The instructor has every right to cancel or refuse a lesson if he or she has a reason to believe that the student is in any way under the influence alcohol, drugs or anything the instructor is not comfortable with, at the time of the lesson.
